After many years Ray is always in front of his wood fire oven every night, guaranteeing the quality and consistency of his dishes. The entire family have been part of the business since day one, Cettina (Ray’s wife) cooking the old recipes pasta, the daughters (Flavia and Marianna) running the floor and greeting customers. Alfio, his son, is now taking over his father footsteps but always under Ray supervision.
The girls are now married with kids and no longer in the business, but the love given to Ciao Belli is still remembered from all regular customers.
